Geun-Hyeong Lee is a veteran attorney who has successfully led major M&A and corporate finance projects in the capital markets. He provides strategic counsel in highly specialized fields, including Private Equity (PE), acquisition financing, and corporate control disputes.
Upon completing his graduation from the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Mr. Lee began his legal career after serving as a Judge Advocate for three years. Mr. Lee began his career in the Finance & Securities Team at BAE, KIM & LEE, one of Korea's leading law firms. At JIN, he currently oversees legal advice on M&A, PE, acquisition finance, real estate, and general corporate matters, while representing clients in civil and criminal litigation involving corporate control and property crimes.
